下表表示恒壓驅動(dòng)電路在低速時(shí),對單極與雙極驅動(dòng)工作效率的比較。電流與線(xiàn)圈匝數之積稱(chēng)為安匝,與轉矩成正比,兩者如轉速相同,輸出功率也與其有比例關(guān)系。由于低速時(shí),電抗小,電抗如果忽略不計,V/R即為電流,與N之積VN/R變成安匝數。同樣,雙極電流為V/2R,匝數也為2N,此積與單極情形相同為VN/R。輸入恒壓驅動(dòng)的情形,雙極與單極比較,如下表所示,電流只有單極的1/2,低速時(shí)的效率為單極的2倍。小型化或低速時(shí),要產(chǎn)生大轉矩的情況,應使用雙極式驅動(dòng),但驅動(dòng)電路復雜。
