并通過(guò)采樣電阻將電流信息轉化為電壓信息,然后由變頻器的主控芯片中的AD變換模塊轉化為數字信號。再經(jīng)過(guò)數字濾波和定標處理,為電流環(huán)調節提供電流反饋信息。檢測電路的硬件原理圖如下所示:JCE電流傳感器將電流信息轉化為電壓信息,此外還要將LEM檢測回來(lái)的信號轉化為適合控制芯片的電壓范圍,,將電壓信號變換為對稱(chēng)的正負電壓,然后提供相應的偏移,轉化到適合控制芯片的電壓范圍。JCE對c三相電流均采樣,經(jīng)檢測模塊后存放在相應的寄存器中供主控系統采用。
