玻璃采用鋼化玻璃，透光率高，抗沖擊強。網(wǎng)罩采用不銹鋼，表面聚酯粉末噴涂(防腐型外殼經(jīng)過(guò)特殊金屬外處理再表面聚酯粉末噴涂)。
4、燈具外露緊固件采用鋁材，安裝有橡膠密封墊，密封可靠，防水防塵防腐性強。內置橡膠件，電線(xiàn)外皮，塑料全采用抗高溫抗 阻燃件，更安全可靠。

◆防爆燈在使用前，要仔細檢查銘牌內容與客戶(hù)訂貨是否相符合；
◆防爆燈在安裝時(shí)先將進(jìn)線(xiàn)電纜通過(guò)引入裝置接到接線(xiàn)腔的接線(xiàn)端子上，并壓緊密封圈，使電纜密封好，接好接地線(xiàn)，緊固好螺釘，上述
各項檢查無(wú)誤后，即可通電使用；
◆防爆燈不得隨意拆卸，維護時(shí)，須斷開(kāi)前級電源后才可開(kāi)蓋檢修；一般不需要檢修本產(chǎn)品具有命特點(diǎn)。
◆在維修過(guò)程中不得損壞隔爆面，維修后涂204-1防銹油，合好蓋，緊固后方可使用；
◆防爆燈應定期檢查，清理透明件表面灰塵。
◆障礙物距防爆外殼大于30mm。
◆Before putting into operation, please check the nameplate first to make sure that the parameters are what you ordered.
◆Before installing the lamp, please connect the incoming cable to the terminal block in the wiring chamber through the entry device, compress the seal
ring, well connect earth wire, and tighten the screws. Examine and make sure everything is right, then switch on the power supply;
◆Don't disassemble the lamp randomly, when repairing, must cut off the power supply first before opening the cover for maintenance; usually it need
not to repair, as it is featured with long service life.
◆Pay attention to not hurt the explosion-suppression surface during maintenance, coat with anti-rust oil 204-1 after maintenance, close the clover,
make sure to tighten it before using;
◆Inspect the lamp regularly, clear away the dust from the transparent parts.
◆Distance from the explosion-proof shell to the obstacle should be more than 30mm.
